Maximizing Leadership Capacity

Every Spring (February through May), youth leaders are invited to take a unique discipleship journey: to be equipped to lead youth transformationally and infuse into their ministry practice the transformation of youth at risk into the emerging leaders they were created to be. 

The Transformational Leadership Intensive (TLI) is designed to maximize the leadership capacity of leaders serving youth in hard places.

What To Expect

This cohort approach to professional leadership development provides participants with a unique learning experience. Highlights of the experience include:

• The study of essential transformational disciplines.
• Learning at a leader’s pace: allowing time to integrate transformational practices into the leader’s ministry context.
• Iron sharpening iron, as learning takes place alongside fellow leaders in an environment of mutual encouragement and support.
• One-on-one coaching, as seasoned instructors provide guidance and support while walking with cohort members through the learning process.
