Every Spring, a cohort of youth leaders take a discipleship journey: to be equipped to lead youth transformationally and infuse into their ministry practice the transformation of youth at risk into the emerging leaders they were created to be. 



The Transformational Leadership Intensive (TLI) is designed to maximize the leadership capacity of leaders serving youth in hard places.

What To Expect

 Study of Transformational Disciplines related to:

• Mission – Fulfilling the Cause of Urban Youth Discipleship.
• Agency – Shaping an Organizational Context that Produces Transformation.
• Champions – Maturing Partners/Fellow Investors in the Cause.

Learning While Leading: Integrate real-time transformational practices into the ministry context.

Iron Sharpening Iron: Learning alongside fellow leaders in an environment of mutual encouragement and support.

You-Focused Coaching: Dr. Travis provides one-on-one coaching/mentoring on infusing Transformational Discipleship into your mission context and growing as a transformational leader.
